Ill assume that since Rin is still Ashen and she said the gas mask does nothing then shes been taking it in injected form. Mental effects vary from none (Suki) to personality disorders (Rin, Ryan, Seàrlaid) to totally new personalities (Sachi, Kirk). Sei is working on a counter-drug and calling it an antidote like a pleb. Lex tested dialysis and it was working pretty much. So far none of the Ashen have decided to quit so likely it has addictive aspects as well. Caguya-delivered shock therapy failed spectacularly on Haruka. Strong emotions seem to do better based on Sachi and Haruka. What Im not going to discuss here: physical effects ))
