"South Sudan lost one of its nationals in the #Westgate siege," Juba Citizen TV journalist. I had a phone conversation with a Citizen TV journalist in Juba, and that she had an interview with the Kenyan ambassador to S.S, and he said that the al shabaab apologized to South Sudan government for the South Sudanese who was a victim, citing that he was not their target. Anyone have information on this? This is what I was told, this is a statement I was told.
