#StomachSculpt101 exercise of the day! Heres one of my AT HOME #StomachSculptingStandingAbs exercises. Remember this exercise does not require a gym. #Tag a friend & invite them to get their #StomachSculpt on. ➡️-Targets Upper Abs and Lower Obliques 1⃣- Start off by turning one of your feet to the right or left. While using a standard exercise ball, extend your hands over your head with your upper body turned to the side of your turned foot. 2⃣- Drop your upper body towards your foot (dropping your head with your body)while bouncing the exercise ball off the ground.
