Combine This Heating With A Very Moist Atmosphere And Numerous Thunderstorms Are Expected By Late Afternoon And Continuing Into The Evening Hours. An Isolated Tornado Cannot Be Ruled Out As Storms Start To Develop Across Southwest Indiana And Western Kentucky. By Late Afternoon The Threat Will Transition More To Damaging Winds And Hail As Storms Enter And Start Developing Over Central Kentucky And South Central Indiana.
