**TECH TIP TUESDAY** When cloning Phillips Ctypto 2 (ID46) onto an Ilco® EH3LB or Silca MH Electronic Key, there is a possibility that the vehicle may not respond to the new key. This is due to variance of intensity of the signal emitted by the ignition. Should this occur, manually tune the new key using the "Tuning MH" using "Standard" feature on the cloning tool. This will adapt the sensitivity of the new key to the individual situation. When using the Ilco EZ®-Clone Plus: 1. From the main menu press WRITE 2. Insert the key needing calibration, and press WRITE 3. Use the READ and WRITE buttons to select sensitivity of either LO, STD, or HI (Low, Standard, or, High). 4. Press WRITE and hold it down to confirm the selection, The screen will show WRITING IN PROGRESS. 5. Once complete the screen will say TUNING MH COMPLETED, Try the key in the ignition, if it still does not function, repeat the procedure again, choosing a different sensitivity.
