** THE EFFECT OF WORKERS STRIKE** STRIKE..It means refusal of employee to work as a form of organized protests .It is an act of striking by employees. In Nigeria today, strike has becomes a great phenomenon that had been affecting the growth and development of the Nations economy. Strike is the only weapon that the employees can use to fight for their rights. But to my experience I believe that the Employers might have being negotiating. With the Representatives of the employees, they are called UNION LEADERS OR THE PRESSURE GROUPS. But when their is no mutual agreement between the Union leaders and the employee, there is bound to be strike. ** GRASSES ARE BOUND TO SURFER WHEN TWO ELEPHANTS ARE FIGHTING** at the call off of the strike, workers will still have their ways while others that are innocent will have to pay for it. HUUUUNNM, WHAT A PITY!!!!!!!!!!! ***STRIKE EFFECT*** 1.It has negative effect on the Nations economy. 2.There will be reduction on the Government IGR 3.DOCTORS STRIKE...Will leads to death increase, epidemic, 4.TEACHERS STRIKE ...Society may not know the effect now, but its effect is the greatest and very dangerous to the Nation Building. There will be social and moral crime among the students like smoking, drinking raping of their female counterparts. Some may involve in robbery acts. And at the end of it, some of these our female children will automatically turns to NURSING MOTHERS. In as much the Employees should be considerate in their demands, Government too should keep to their promises, for peace to reign and for our Nation to move forward. Strike is not the best to resolve issues with Employee But what do you expect the Unions to do,?Since there last hope has been Dashed . MY PAINS.AND CONCERN..Is just about our Children, they are our Youths of Tommorow. They are powerless, they cant charge both the employee and employers to court, Their Rights have been Deprived. **,GREAT TEACHERS!!!!** I want you to remain calm, ask for Divine intervention on this strike issue, so that Government will approve our Demands. lets the Negotiations continues. And please try as much as possible not to be open confrontational. I know it is not easy but one Day Teachers will reach the Promise Land. I want to appeal to the Employer to quickly resolve this issue of Public primary and secondary schools strike so that our leaders of tomorrow will return back to their schools **HI SOWETO, HI AFRICA, HI AFRICA, HI SOWETO, ALUTA CONTINUAL, VICTORIA ASCERTA, NO RETREAT, NO SURRENDER, ** SOLIDARITY FOREVER, /3times,WE SHALL ALWAYS FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHT.
