In our nation, it is We the People that are in charge and we ask nothing more than for the government to simply honor the constitution and obey the supreme law of the land. We the People have petitioned. We have supplicated. We have prostrated ourselves before the courts. Our supplications have been disregarded. Our petitions have been ignored. Our wishes have been scorned with insult and contempt. We the People deceive ourselves no longer. The government has failed to honor these directives, attempting by institutionalized deceit and felonious behavior, to usurp the power of We the People and subjugate all Americans into a state of perpetual servitude. The People may lawfully hold their public servants, including judges, accountable for their actions when these public servants go rogue and violate law. The People command all judges to fulfill their duty to guarantee to each state, pursuant to the U.S. constitution, a republican form of government or vacate office.
