*****TO ALL WHO WERE INVOLVED IN THE ACTORS DESTINY***** Take notice: Since The Actors Destiny Inc. corporate business plan was never created, no corporate By-Laws were ever created and adopted by the officers of the corporation, no meetings with ALL the officers of the corporation were ever held as per Florida law, no investors were obtained and none of the corporations 10,000 shares of stock has ever been sold or issued, The Actors Destiny Inc. will cease to exist. The State of Florida will proceed with a ADMINSTRATIVE DISSOLUTION FOR FAILURE TO SUBMIT AN ANNUAL REPORT as per Florida Statute Title XXXVI Chapter 607. As it stands there is NO show or project...all paperwork including any and all hold harmless agreements and talent/crew releases are null and void. All footage and submissions is no longer protected by talent releases therefore if anyone wants their info or submission back contact Joseph Velez. I have NO access to anything submitted.
