********TO ANYONE THAT HAS ENQUIRED ABOUT One Day Sundays MOVING FORWARD*********** A statement from our Licensee Benjamin Johnson: Almost two years ago, we were fortunate enough to cross paths with a group of seven, young, talented individuals. From that initial meeting a concept was born. This concept would hope to see a community-based event, open to all walks of life, where good music and good memories were the catalyst, and a sense of cultural bonding the ideal. We called it One Day Sundays. As you are probably all aware by now, One Day Sundays has moved down the road to the The Factory Theatre, a decision that took long deliberation and that was made after long talks within high level management at The Vic. It was apparent to us that after Decembers mind blowing response; what was once a hundred or so people, a spit and a couple of DJs in the sun, was now something much more. We would like to wish the One Day crew all the very best moving forward at their new Sydney home and all the very best in their national (international?) endeavours, whether it be ODS, or a live component of their exponentially growing enterprise. We will miss the laughter, we will miss the smiles, and we will miss the cheers as Joyride drops Ginuwine whilst the sun sets in a haze over the Inner West.
