Leg extension 3x10 warm up sets 1x pyramid set descending reps 10-1 ascending weights +1 plate each time. Hamstrings: 1. Leg curl 1x15 1x12 warm up sets 1x6 (HEAVY) working set finishing with rest pause 2. Stiff leg deadlift 1x15 1x12 warm up sets. 1x6-8 (HEAVY) Calves: 1. Superset- Seated calf raise 4x10 hold stretch and contraction. Standing step explosive calf raise. Rest periods 45-90 secs except power squats 2-3 mins.
