[TRANS] Official Fancafe (member) Letter. Hello, I am one of a member who is in charge of the fanart&video audio dashboard. I do not want to continue this job, and its not a long letter but me working here has only made my complaints about TS fan marketing grow and I am writing this because I wanted to share and let everyone know about this matter as well. (Originally, I am NOT supposed to post this post on here (BY BAP) but I wanted more people to see thats why I am writing this on here) Around the end of the October, I met up with another dashboard member(staff) to just have a talk and that is when I found out there was a MEMBER only kkt chatroom. Starting my activities since January til October, I did not even hear or know about there being a kkt chatroom even once. Thats when I contacted TS for a confirmation and they had stated If there is a chatroom going on right now, it is ONLY for special delivery note and or its just for a communication purposes. Then I was able to recieve another simple reply with a The chatroom was made for the members to communicate together so we do NOT just leave out a few of the members and talk without them. And also there was a gift handed out to the members around March but that too, I found out for the first time around the end of the October as well. So thats why I asked for a confirmation about the gift to TS, but all they said was We sent everything without missing anyone. and did nothing to solve this issue. Of course I am at some fault about these issue. I am originally not supposed to participate in any events during my period of being a member, and I did not know of this so I participated and got chosen as a winner so I recieved the prize. I probably did not recieve the prizes for the winner and the gifts for the members because there was an error but other than that, my complaint is that they did not even care to notify me when they were shipping out the gifts. Even if I got chosen, the fact that TS did not make sure to re-check when they were shipping was what made TS look very not sincere(with their jobs). I kept mentioning them about the chatroom and thats when they said they would make another one, but they did not make it for another day. And thats when I asked them once more for a chatroom and thats when they finally made it. Usually when there was trouble on the Official Fancafe there were slow feedbacks from them and that was another complaint of mine. So we use kakaotalks to get in contact with TS. But it was really hard to communicate with them since their replies were either slow or they would just not reply at all. For the slow replies, it can be cus they were busy but I had a lot of complaints about them not giving us answers to the questions we asked. Also around May the different guestboards were informed that the cafe will be renewed so the different guestboard notifications have been slightly edited. I thought that at least they could have let us alert the leader of the guestboard of the changes or edit it after discussing it with them. However, they didnt discuss it with anyone and the fact they simply uploaded the edited notifications surprised me. Although they rarely checked on the cafe in the first place, but around the time after 1004 promotions the fan cafe management were neglected and the cafe became unorganized. The initial rules were that the leaders of the guestboards had to visit the cafe five times a week and upload a new post. If you didnt comply you would get a warning. However, there were no consequences when these rules were not followed. Anyway, I started to the leader of the guestboard in November because I wanted to become closer to B.A.P as a fan. However, the official cafe did not fulfill its role as an official cafe and the thought of B.A.P not being under TS has lead me to quit with this ramble. The guestboard I was in charge of didnt have much posts to handle so there wasnt much for me to do as leader of the guestboard but I was very happy for the time being I worked under the title of leader of the guestboard. I dont know when this post will be returned/ erased but I hope a lot of people will be aware pf all this. Thank you for reading everything. -Regarding returned posts There has been a lot of talk about return of posts but the guestboard leaders are made up of fans. Also, you arent allowed to return posts if its not in your guestboard and no matter if youre in charge of your guestboard you cannot delete any posts. Any posts that were returned/deleted in late November were probably done by TS employees (TS fan manager). I hope you can understand that no matter if youre in charge of your guestboard you are not able to return/delete any posts. Lastly, I will cheer for success in B.A.Ps lawsuit and I wish the TS fan marketing representative would change their profile message.
