#Talented_Calibers #Share_Vacancies Marketing Manager A well-known Company in India, South East Asia, Middle East and Africa is currently seeking Marketing Manager based in Egypt with the below:- Job Description • Develops the Marketing department’s annual business plan and budget in line with the Company’s strategic direction. • Plans marketing and promotional activities to enhance the Marketing image and increase sales in coordination with the Company marketing function. • Setting the Marketing’s goals and objectives and methods and procedures to attain such goals. • Develops and recommends integrated plans to optimize market share and profitability of existing or new product lines. • Develops pricing plans based on analysis of competitive activity, market conditions, marketing plans and ability to meet expectations. • Develops required organization and continuity of manpower. • Develops annual and long range profit performance plans and budget expectations. • Plans and develops commission scheme for the marketing employees. • Ensures that the Marketing’s operations are in compliance with the laws and regulations of the country and with industry standards. • Periodically reviews and checks the working methods against pre-set standards and recommends improvements. • Assumes full leadership for cost reduction and co-operates with other entities on the matter. • Follows-up on past due and delinquent collections from customers. • Provides direction and supervision in order to minimize costs. • Directs all marketing functions to ensure achievement of the Marketing’s objectives and product line strategies. • Determines and evaluates all factors that could affect the market planning, such as economic climate, employment situation, competitive atmosphere, sales trend and legislative actions. • Evaluates operational results and revises strategies. • Regularly visits sales locations and sales personnel in order to remain abreast of conditions affecting the Marketing’s operational capacities. • Evaluates the performance of all subordinates and seeks improvement in their capabilities. • Ensures clarifications of responsibilities and authorities for all managerial and supervisory levels within the Marketing. • Co-ordinates with the Sales Managers to identify slow and non-moving items that need additional marketing and promotional efforts. • Periodically reviews and approves the working methods against pre-set standards for improvements and updates. • Periodically reviews and approves the pricing list of the various products for the various Marketing locations, and amend or adjust based on the market information and competitors prices Qualifications : • Business Administration degree from an accredited & premier university • 8-10 Years of multinational experience in Consumer Goods/ Personal care/ cosmetics brand management role • Ability to develop Brand strategies and plans consistent with overall business objectives • Understanding of consumer segmentation • Expertise in brand development, product, pricing and positioning • Knowledge of research techniques and programs • Knowledge of brand program development • Understanding of field operations and logistics/ supply chain management • Leadership Skills :- -Motivating, coaching and developing people -Ability to solve conflicts among areas/ functions -Developing and maintaining relationships with external suppliers -Effective communication and presentation -Negotiation and influencing -Project management -Networking and influencing -Ability to leverage non reporting relationships • Excellent command of written and spoken English ( [email protected] )
