We improve the customer experience by presenting the social and review data they demand as a simple, easy-to-digest Essence. Our technology only shows the most frequently mentioned and most unique attributes about a place, so your customers know whether it’s right for them at a glance. Our algorithm “reads” every review then uses Natural Language Processing and Sentiment Analysis to determine what to show the user. TravelShark currently has Tech teams in Singapore, Turkey and Boulder, Colorado. TravelShark requires an Algorithm Specialist to take over the improvement and maintenance of the current algorithms and platforms. This is a permanent position based in our Singapore office. It can be either an individual contributor or a Team Lead role depending on your profile.
