“Terror and Religion cannot live side by side” By S.Karmakar Terror is the easiest means to force philosophy of despise on others. The cowards succumb quickly but others take a longer time. Only a strong mentality can discharge resistance to terror and win over evil philosophy. America is a greatest nation on earth who never succumbed to terror neither in 2nd World war nor in 9/11. Offence is the best form of defense is thought in the military academy universally; only few nations have that mental strength and courage to implement. Dick Cheney was the vice president of USA on 9/11, 2001 terror attack; who is one of the greatest military strategy policy makers of present time. The policy speech he made to the armed forces soon after 9/11 attack is very significant, take the war in the heart land of terror from where it has generated. USA under leadership of President Bush immediately launched a counter attack on Taliban safe haven Afghanistan and forced them go on back foot. Due to this defense policy, USA has avoided another Taliban surprise attack on its territory. America never gave up its commitment of peace against terror even under huge domestic and overseas pressure. They persuaded Osama Bin Laden nearly a decade to the remote mountains of Afghanistan and killed him in the safe haven of Pakistan. The wars against terror have cost many lives and weaken US economy, yet they prevailed as super power. The success which Arabs achieved with sward and blade in middle age, proved to be unsuccessful in front of superior science & technology (Drone attack) in 21st century. Many Arab countries joined hand with west to fight back terror in the region, because they are now realizing the consequences, pain & suffered by their own people. Some Arab countries even to-day pursuits the policy of despise to other faith so vigorously that, non Muslims has almost disappeared from the Arab holy land which they claim. Lebanon was the only Christian majority country in the Arabian Peninsula two decade before, but cleaver Arabs (OIC) has migrated Palestine refugees from Jordan to make it a Muslim majority country. In the name of secularism and petro dollar west kept their eyes close on this demographic changes and become careful only after 9/11. Now it’s too late to fix Paris of Asia,” Beirut” back to its glory again. After occupation of India in 712 AD by Mohammad Bin Qashim, Arabs first came in touch with great Indian tolerant culture and Sufism developed hear. Sufism is a tolerant Muslim culture practiced in many part of India but not in Saudi Arabia. In middle age Arabs launched many military missions in Africa and Asia to concur lands and for force conversion to Islam which helped Arabs to interact with different culture/faiths. This has enriched many thoughts and culture including Sufism. To-day the movement of people is one way towards Arab for pilgrimage, they hardly interact with other culture. The most peace full region of all, as claimed by Islam doesn’t allow other faith to practice their culture in the holy land of Saudi Arabia. This is very contrary to the verses of Quran where it allows others to practice their faiths. Intolerance Arab culture has produced deadly terrorist organization like Al-Qaida, Ansarul Islam, Jais-e-Mohammad, Al-Shba, Al-Aska Murters Brigade, Hejbullah, Hamash , Jaysee Mohammad and many more. In Arab culture & education system secularism has no place in the society. The common belief in Arab is whether someone is Muslim or Non Muslim. Non Muslims are forbidden in state activities and looked as sub-human being. In the secular Indian society many faith and cult has flourished including Buddhism, Sufism, Sheikhs and Baishnabs. All faiths lived side by side in India for centuries without any bloodshed, but due to intolerance philosophy of Arabs, the sub-continent was divided in sectarian basis. Arabs has physiological problem of coexistence with other faith and religion. Indian sub continent was made pieces on sectarian basis in 1947 and again in 1971.Lebanon is heading for the same consequences like India and will be made pieces soon in Christian and Muslim part. The intolerance Arab doctrine of peace is so vibrant that, they first fight against non Muslim and then against themselves. They always need a shadow enemy to keep their doctrine moving. Jihad is a vibrant word used to identify non Muslims and despise them in all way possible. West is now victim of their secular views from Arab Jihadists. Destroying western secular value is the secret duty of all Arab doctrine believers. Although Jihad has costs more Muslim lives the non Muslims yet the doctrine has no sign of tiredness. World is now divided between Muslim and Non Muslim. In every rituals and prayers Muslims pray for Muslims only which they call Muslim Ummah and yet didn’t become universal. Indians didn’t understand the consequences of 1947 partition in long term. At a very high cost Indians has successfully retained Kashmir still to-day but to-morrow could be different like MORO land of Philippine. Cultural unity was never emphasized by the Indian politicians like Muslims rulers. All Muslim rulers new the consequences of minority rule in occupied territory and concentrated on conversion to Islam as state responsibility. To-day all Muslim country treat their non Muslim population as second class unwanted elements and deprives them of equal rights to encourage migration or conversion to Islam. In short term Arab despises doctrine will work and give them an upper hand over other faiths. But in long term the Arab doctrine will lose its acceptability to its own people. Pakistan and Bangladesh is already paying the cost of intolerance. Every year dozens of Bangladesh citizens are beheaded in Arabs countries for murder and rape charges. In their own territory the same offences goes unpunished by bribing the police and negotiating with victims’ families with social influence. If the victim is Non Muslim the escape of justice is much easier. After creation of Pakistan the first victims were the non Muslims but after ethnic cleansing so called moderate Muslims are the target of radicals. Every day hundred dies In Pakistan and hundred in Iraq; they are all Muslims and killed by Muslims. Like different religious faith terror is vibrant religion which will last long like other traditional religion. To eliminate terror from the planet, reforms in Arab education system and abrupt change in their doctrine is necessary or a wide scale war like 2nd World war will decide the fate of terror/religion in future. Terror and secularism can’t live side by side, like fascism terror must be uprooted at any cost. “JOY HOK MANUSHER”
