My Xena friend Norma would often ask Did you watch Rizzoli and Isles yet? I always figured Id get around to it at some point. She said since I loved Xena, Id love Rizzles. Each time she asked if I watched yet and each time Id say no. Well... she passed away (actually her death was 3 days after Bridgets but a year earlier so her anniversary is coming up too). The top of the year is always a bummer for me now. Anyway, I decided at that point I would watch...for Norma...of course she and I would never get a chance to talk about the show but I realized instantly why she loved it. They were a Xena and Gabby of the 21st Century - bickering like a married couple. LOL. My hubby came in while I was watching and asked what I was doing. I told him and he stood behind the couch watching. Finally, he sat down and when it ended he wanted to watch the next one. Long story short (too late!) Hes been watching ever since. Im not sure if hes a Rizzles fan like me (someone who think Maura and Jane are perfect for each other LOL) but he does like to pick apart the guys in their life (that guys whiny, that guys hair is too long, etc. LOL).
