The DECA Emerging Leader Summit brings together both Chapter and State Officer for 3 days of intense leadership training and fun and is also a great spring-board for potential State Officers. If you have a current freshman or sophomore who is interested in becoming a State Officer some day, I would encourage you to share the conference information with them. All Arizona attendees will be supervised by Arizona DECA State Staff, meaning that Chapter Advisors DO NOT register or attend this conference. The cost to attend ELS is $275 and includes registration, housing, entertainment, a polo shirt, a conference t-shirt and some meals....a fantastic value!!!
