Narendra Modi has not publicly - nor, as far as I know, in private - declared his belief in “efficiency before equity” (sic) - (equity = fairness; the application of the principles of justice to correct or supplement the law); nor that “a government without resources cannot alleviate poverty”. This is “Modi speak” only in this bloggers imagination. Or according to his intent. Croc-disser Bal Narendras older, 56-inch-chest self is being reinvented as a conservative economist of (as yet unconfirmed) depth.
