The Edmonton Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Kayla Land who has been missing since Monday afternoon. Kayla Cindy Land, 12, is described as being an Aboriginal female, 5’2” tall, with a thin build, brown eyes, brown hair cut to chin level, and neat and tidy in appearance. Family contacted police to report the missing girl at 7:55 p.m. on Monday, June 23, 2014. It is believed that the girl’s last known location was in the area of 119 Street and 133 Avenue in north Edmonton. There are no indications to suggest foul play, however, due to the girl’s age there are concerns for her well-being. Anyone who may have information on the girl’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Edmonton Police Service at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone.
