“The Finality of your Reality awaits, in JESUS” Some are faithful church members, Some, preach in the pulpits. Week in and week out, the faithful routines continue, While the questions within their mortal minds, go on unanswered. Unsure, Insecure, lost and utterly alone, Some move forward in the shadows of obscurity, As questions of uncertainty, taunt, tease, and bind the mind. How do I know these things .. Because I too, was once, one of you. Unaware, unsure, and insecure. I too, once followed and preached in the name of a Savior I knew about, yet personally never knew. I pled the Case of a Cross I had never seen, knew, and was even certain, of the existence of. I knew the loneliness of distance, the despair of doubt, the insecurity of my salvation. Yet in spite of my fears, I pressed on too, like many of you. Yes, I have been there, thats how I knew, about you. BUT THEN, in the torment of uncertain despair, His Life surrounded me, His Arms embraced me, As the knowledge of his existence, washed away all that had troubled me. In timeless fashion, the Finality of the Cross became clear. And just like that, Right out of the blue, I knew, it was ALL TRUE. I may not know your name, but I know your game, and I know your pain, because I played it too, when I was you. I know you want to know, that’s why you go. Yet part of you holds back, your afraid to let go, afraid of what you might find. Afraid of the responsibility of repentance, afraid of the Cross, because your unsure of the cost. How frustrating it is, the blindness of sight, in the darkness of night, as you strain for light. Will you let go, so you will know, Turn loose of the game, let go of the pain, The Finality of your Reality awaits, in JESUS
