Showings are Friday and Saturday nights at 8pm, starting Friday January 23rd. The play is presented at 3520 Industrial Ave, directly across from Club Soda. When you buy a ticket to The Pillowman, you are invited to attend any subsequent performance for free. All you need to do is make a reservation and you can come see the show as often as you like!! A viciously funny crime drama, The Pillowman tells the story of a writer in an unnamed totalitarian state interrogated over the gruesome content of his short stories and their remarkable similarities to a number of recent child-murders in the area. Hailed as the blackest of comedies or the most cheerful and affirming of tragedies the play explores storytellings power to amuse, frighten, enchantall the while dramatizing the depths and heights of these harrowing and uplifting possibilities.
