† The Lost Sheep † Then Jesus told them this parable: Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? Luke 15:3–4 NIV When I first came to know the Lord I was a professional musician and played music somewhere almost every night. I had enrolled in Bible College and music helped pay for it. I prayed about leaving music but always felt no or not yet. One night while performing in a bar, scriptures started coming to me and later while the band was on break someone started asking me about THAT scripture and I knew exactly what to tell them. This person came under such conviction that they started shaking and they gave their life to the Lord. I had actually asked the Holy Spirit what He was doing there. He was looking for the lost sheep. God will use you wherever you are standing if there is a lost sheep near by. Where is God today? He is Looking for the lost sheep. What is important to God today? Finding the lost sheep. Jesus loves you so much that He traded His life for yours! :)
