† The Lost Sheep † Then Jesus told them this parable: Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? Luke 15:3–4 NIV When I first came to know the Lord I was a professional musician and played music somewhere almost every night. I had enrolled in Bible College and music helped pay for it. I prayed about leaving music but always felt no or not yet. One night while performing in a bar, scriptures started coming to me and later while the band was on break someone started asking me about THAT scripture and I knew exactly what to tell them. This person came under such conviction that they started shaking and they gave their life to the Lord. I had actually asked the Holy Spirit what He was doing there. He was looking for the lost sheep. God will use you wherever you are standing if there is a lost sheep near by. Where is God today? He is Looking for the lost sheep. What is important to God today? Finding the lost sheep.
