Ford/Liber HVHI If I considered myself a Luciferian or Satanist I would have to agree. I rarely see two who walk the same path the same way. Not those who actually work at it anyway. It is easy to collect grimoires and accumulate someone elses wisdom. However someone actually practicing will evolve and change, for better or for worse. They become less bound by orders and ideology. Although these can serve to build foundations for the strong they also act as filters for the weak. Having others grade you and hold you accountable sounds like church to me. Following steps of others before you means this... And contemplate this carefully.... Sheep mentality. All growth and development is dictated by someone else out of the need for a safety net. This is way unkewl! The only thing that the adept must truely define is self. The TOTALITY of self, and for most this is a hard pill to swallow. Without balance self destruction ensues. Your lusts and desires will undo you. If you can control these they become a sword that can slice through opposition, which can be channeled to inspire greatness. Conformity implies security, not the tenacity to wade in chaos to create as an autonomous spirit. Believe it or not, that is all irrelevant. I post this to illuminate a deeper matter. All of those thoughts stem from a short quote out of one grimoire. There is alot of wisdom to be found if you learn to be the antithesis therebye synthesizing the strength of your isolate mind and will. This is alchemy! Pick up any grimoire or text and question it. Gold can be made from the lead of the dryest holy text just by asking the right questions. Every grimoire or piece of wisdom is a gateway for the black flame to illuminate. They are mirrors of self. I used to say that whenever a light is shined a shadow is cast. I dare to think otherwise. Whenever there is shadow light is compelled.
