.....The Police in action They are the largest gang in America and the Government will do nothing to keep them in check. As a result we are gonna start seeing more cops getting shot and many will not have deserved it. Not all officers are bad however the officer who was trying to confiscate this guys cell phone was wrong. It is perfectly legal to record officers. The man recording was well within his right to do so. The officer who tried to confiscate the mans cell phone committed multiple crimes. Trespassing on private property theft assault in the first and possibly second degree. All officers who were assisting the other officer who was doing something illegal are also possibly first and second degree assault and attempted murder. All should be held accountable for their crimes officers and citizens alike but our government has made it known not by stating it but just by rulings alone that officers are above the law.
