Since I lack the manpower and the capital I decided to write and publish my store. I provide a detail roadmap how my organization will end urban violence, gun violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within the communities and cities we will serve if given a chance. Movies like 12 Years a Slave, The Butler, and Selma represent the struggle Black People experience in America. After the end of American slavery our people fought for economic equality, after that our people fought to end Jim Crow/segregation, after that our people fought for the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, that banned discrimination based on race, color, religion, or national origin in employment practices and public accommodations; the Voting Rights Act of 1965, that restored and protected voting rights; and the Fair Housing Act of 1968, that banned discrimination in the sale or rental of housing. Nowadays, we must fight for police reform. So many of our people have become martyrs in order for our people to have a better life. Yet after twenty three years I am still unable to find 30 brothers or sisters in my city to work with me in turning my vision into a reality for the sake of our children what is wrong with this picture? I created social groups/virtual organization in order to connect with other liked minded individuals from around the country to discuss ways on improving the African American community. I assist others who are on my friends list and who are in my social groups with finding college scholarships/grants; nonprofit grants; small business grants; housing; legal services and employment on a national level all for free. I don’t ask for any donations instead all I ask is for people on my friends list and those who are reading my post to purchase my book so that I can jump start my business and hire 30 qualified individuals to help me with the daily operation of my business. On facebook alone I have invited 2,806 people from my friend list but only 24 people have accepted my invitation. This is a reflection of why it is taken me so long to start this movement and this is also why the condition remain unchanged in the Black Community. GRCAM is about solving contemporary social issues for my creator will perform a miracle on my behave. What I want young people to know from my book is that the pen is more powerful then the gun. Put down the guns and pick up the Bible! I call upon the art community: I am seeking local artist and national artist in the area of Poets, Performing Artist, Musicians, Actors, Actresses, Singers, Models, and Film Director who will work with me in turning my book into a movie. We will go through the proper channels to get my organization as an NGO (Non-Government Organization) chapters in Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, and do our research to see if people want and need our services. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and sponsorship. This organization will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all educate our people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. We will also expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need our services.
