The True Value of a Paper My journey started when I went - TopicsExpress

The True Value of a Paper My journey started when I went to NIC, Parliament for internship. I reached there thinking that the Director will give me a android project to work on, and I will submit it happily.... But the destiny showed its true colours, when they said they already have a fully developed android application.... I was very disappointed. So, after a lot of discussion, they gave our team its counterpart Windows 8 phone application development...... So thats how I got stuck with a programming language that I had no knowledge of. I said OK, with a heavy heart and had no idea what to do next. So I started researching about C#. Downloaded some ebooks, tutorials, and installed windows 8 on pc for its development.... Then came Pranshu Aggarwal, who had a background in this field.... And so, he gave me a headstart on it........ Then life was simple, until I discovered my PC couldnt run Windows phone emulator and niether I had a windows phone to debug my application.... That was a hard time for me.... So we both divided our work.... He used to tell me what to do.... And I did it, and send that blind code and XML parsing to him. He used to debug it and implement in the project. After a whole lot of Coding and Debugging, we finally completed our project.....Thanks to Pranshu. Then came the technical documentation, it took a hell lot of time....it also got completed yesterday. The Director appreciated our application and approved it for uploading on Windows Store after some legal paperwork.... And finally gave us our certificates. Hell yeah....... Phew, what a Internship. So that.... was our coding journey. I learnt a lot....seriously a LOT starting just from scratch. And my heartiest thanks to Anshul, for managing the whole project handling so well, and for being there when I needed a true bro, when I losed myself in chaos, and when I required you the most. Now I know that the true value of the paper is not of the national emblem, but the hard work we poured in it..... #365FunnyDays #thisDayWasDamnSerious #BlindCodingIs #CodingWithoutDebugging
