"The best form of Capitalism should be built upon two seperate monetary systems. One for the lower class and one for the upper class, in order to provide such a gap that anyone wanting and capable to do so is clearly identifiable, and their success in such a leap can be dictated by the ruling class... So is the way of our current standing.. When only the lower class uses cash and the upper class approve and allow credit, a form of invisible functionality with no limits of manipulation.. After thorough segregation of the classes a new system will be put into place to strip the independence of the commoner and strengthen the surveillance of all transactions to insure a better source of analytical control for the viewer.. After colapse of the original source of funding for the lower class, through the chaos, order will be insisted on by the few and the new financial establishment will be reapplied and enforced through law. This is my interpretation of the development of our financial establishment, we are currently saying goodbye to physical money and hello to the biotechnological record keeping of numbers made to represent money. If having our money printed for us by the federal reserve has been the worst thing for america since the reserves establishment, what kind of control will they have over us then? They say innocent until proven guilty, yet anyone that has experienced the judicial system can enlighten you on that truth.. I understand that this will lead us to a day when someone that might be breaking the statues quote is simply "black listed" their assest are instantly frozen, your location is consistently monitored and there would be no where to go.... The Genocide could then spread with amazing silent accuracy..
