Kelly also asked Psaki about reports of a proposed prisoner swap between Qatar and the U.S. which would have released al Qaeda operative Ali Saleh Al-Marri in exchange for American couple Matt and Grace Huang. Al-Marri and the Huangs were all recently released? Psaki said. Kelly asked: are you ruling out that this swap was ever suggested? Psaki said.
