The legal status of Hawaii as an occupied state is a fact, not - TopicsExpress

The legal status of Hawaii as an occupied state is a fact, not an argument. Political considerations are secondary to the lawful status. The four in favor of federal recognition try to pretend otherwise, as though it is the other way around. They are a classic example of Stockholm syndrome in action. Former Governor Waihee admitted at UH Law School ( Alternatives Visions of Hawaiis Sovereignty) in April of 2014 that he has no doubt that Hawaii is illegally occupied and you have to be illiterate not to know that. Dan Boylan hosts a discussion with the following scheduled guests: Sen. Clayton Hee, Chairman of the State Senate Judiciary and Labor Committee; Dexter Kaiama, Honolulu Native Hawaiian rights attorney; Esther Kiaaina, Deputy Director of the Department of Land and Natural Resources; and Former Gov. John Waihee, Chairman of the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission. https://m.youtube/watch?v=ViQWXH-nVtA
