We have to cooperate with God’s Word and do as He says to do so that we can allow his gifts to be seen and used in our life. If we spend most of our day filling our mind by seeing and hearing useless things, our mind will be full of useless things that will guide us the wrong way. Peace is a fruit of the Spirit, a fruit of God’s Word; so, to have peace in our thoughts, we have to fill our mind with God’s Word (Gal. 6:7) so that His peace can guide and direct us (Prov. 3:6).
