#The picture says it All. The Veterans Affairs continues its non response attitude with regards to Native American Homeless Veterans United Veterans Beacon Houses in Promise and Parade, SD that they have stopped when UVBH Promise was 99.9% completed even with all the Cluster F--ks that the VA officers have cause by their interference and lies. One only has to look at ALL the projects the VA takes on and manages, they all come in way over budget, way over time and Sloan Gibson apologizing all the time doesnt cut the mustard. The Veterans Affairs interference and illogical action has let to gross overrun in costs, volunteer hours and material. Where is Jeffery Quarles get his credibility to operate the Grant and Per Diem Office, He is NOT Qualified. Check him out and his credentials. He is not the only one in the VA has no credentials that provide them with the ability to oversea construction, renovation or operations of United Veterans Beacon House eg Transitional Houses for Homeless Veterans. In fact of all the VA Officers who informed us they would be at UVBH Promise & Parade to Volunteer to help us and Veterans, none came and volunteered. The Veterans Administration cannot fulfil their Commitments, They cannot Walk the Walk and cannot Talk the Talk.
