"The study concluded that students at schools with anti-bullying programs might actually be more likely to become a victim of bullying. It also found that students at schools with no bullying programs were less likely to become victims." Of course, schools with a history of bullying are the ones most likely to have instituted a program and therefore already had a higher number of students being bullied. One would have to look at this over a couple of years at the same schools to know if the programs are lessening bullying, not compare schools with anti-bullying programs to those that have them.
