~ The term Balloon Payment is coming to the picture when you have a mortgage deal with the bank yet maybe there are balances and you plan to amortize for the full settlement. This probably will change the normal interest rate to the lower. Despite so, to my perspective the concept still looked practical and can be applied to your business with your customers or suppliers should them willing to abide and agree with the condition. I heard recently they had disserting in Parliament about decision to reduce the amount of the study loan that they used to grant for Public University (IPTA) and Private University (IPTS). Sometimes when I have conversation with friends they had explain to me that do not differentiate between scholarship and study-loan. I am not aware about the difference. Due to receiving this difficulty to reclaim payment from the borrowers there the government has to find ways to overcome this horrible behavior which giving problem to the future applicants, too. I just heard this wonderful word which has refreshing back my memory. The word is, exaggerate. So, to express how important and enormous the issue is, I therefore would rather say ~ horrible behavior. It is so unfair ones have abandon their commitment to settle the debt; whereas, they have had relish the benefit earlier, with the loan. Now they finished their study and many of them have managed to find job. I don’t want to fringe that matter aside but let me just continue to other subjects. We have our role to play in society.
