...The thing is that we have so much work to do on the grounds yet we fly high in the air - looking for the next best gig. What upsets me is that organisations are so focused on dawah, new muslims and university level students that they actually forget another group. We need to wake up - like right now! Born Muslims are in need of tarbiyah too! Just because someone is born Muslim doesnt mean they popped out of their mums oven knowing everything. What upsets me is when educated Muslims of the deen look down on born Muslims and call them jahil. Its like organisations and specific individuals are looking for the popularity vote yet no one looks at the real issues. I mean, its like, lets help the homeless and get our picture across social media yet really we dont care! Its so sad to see that people dont even know the basics of their deen. We are to blame. Also the same people are to blame. They are stuck in their ignorant ways that they are not willing to learn. Its like my sheikh my sheikh! But no one is willing to open the Quran and see what its teaching us. Its like all about the next Muslimah fashion/hijaab trend, next youtube guru, next big nasheed artist... Its like the same people who preach the deen are also stuck in this sick matrix full of glits and glam! Weve seriously failed as an Ummah. Im not gona go out like this! Im gona do something... I dont care about dumb popularity votes! Heck, I dont even care if you like or dislike me. Its not even about me. Im not no one! But you need to know your Rabb! You need to know what He is asking of us. You need to prepare for your akhirah right now! Allah help us to help ourselves...
