“The world is CRUCIFIED to us... and us to the world” (Gal. 6:14). What does this mean? It means that we have written off the world system as a dead end, ineffective for producing value or pleasure of any worth, and a decaying entity only waiting for judgment. We are crucified to the world, and find no substance in anything it has to offer. And, “the world is crucified to us.” The world has written US off as well! It sees that it can not have our affections and we do not respect it or live by its rules and desires. The world has given up on us as being part of them, and has written us off. “The world is CRUCIFIED to us... and us to the world.”!!!
