“Then God said, “Let US make man in OUR image, according to Our likeness;……God created man in His own image, in the image of God, He created him; male and female He created them.” Genesis 1:27, 28 Created by God…..you and me…..made in the image of God……have you ever just thought about that? Nothing else, just the fact that you were created by the God of the universe – the God who made the heavens and the earth – the God who placed the stars in the sky……….. Today I want you to bask in the fact that God created YOU………….and that He longs to have fellowship with YOU, His creation. “For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth……all things have been created through Him and for Him….” Colossians 1:13-16 We were created FOR Him………. “Your hands made me and fashioned me….” Psalm 119:73 “For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb……I am fearfully and wonderfully made;” Psalm 139:13,14 He made you and He made me…..He formed us in the womb. We were created FOR HIM….you are not an accident, He knows everything about you…..He wants you….He desires for you to have fellowship with Him……. Let that sink in – don’t let anything else get in your mind except that……… With that in mind……how are you going to live? “Therefore, we also have as our ambition, whether at home or absent, to be pleasing to Him…” I Corinthians 5:9 I that your ambition?
