“There are various technical institutions and skill development centers in both public and private sectors, producing skilled men. But it is required to establish skill development centers at district level and after completion of their courses or diploma, these youth should be given jobs. This is possible when an industrial environment is developed in the country otherwise in absence of industries and factories like in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Fata, there will be no utility of vocational or technical education. America, UK, France and China are rich and resourceful because of their progress in technical education therefore this type of education must be focused in Pakistan because of 60 to 65% population of the country consist of less than 25 years old youth. However due to lack of resources and pathetic condition of vocational education in Pakistan, people prefer conventional education. We can promote vocational or technical education by specifying hefty funds and providing modern equipments to our educational institutions and laboratories in technical education sector.
