-There is no wisdom in disobeying God. -Men eat thinking that they will be a semi-God. Their hearts are hardened. 2. DAVID-WRONG PLACE AT WRONG TIME II Samuel 11:1-5 -All the Kings were gone to war BUT David. -Bathsheba was doing her purification session, the fourteenth day of her monthly cycle. -It was not Bathsheba’s fault, it was David’s. -Do not play wise, be in the right place and follow through with God’s word. 3. MOSES-ANGER Numbers 20:7-12 -Moses was told to talk to the rock. -Previously, he had hit the rock but now, he was instructed to speak to it. -Men must be slow to anger. -Anger is not wisdom. Colossians 3:19 -Husbands urged not to be bitter against their wives. - Most of the men take too many things to heart and these piles up bitterness. -The authority of a man is in his words. Women punch men through words and because women are more advantaged with words than men, men always feel challenge and may result to physical war where they feel more advantaged. -As a man, diffuse them, overlook the offence. Learn to talk and let your wife know she has hurt you. -The throne is established through mercy and righteousness. -Every woman has the duty to shut her mouth and every man has the duty to pocket his hands.
