"This Old Home Town." ;) I am very concerned about what Mr. Vila, Mr. Larsen, and his architect discuss about "commercial zoning laws" towards the end of this brief clip. These are the kinds of laws and restrictions that need to be looked into in more depth and detail to see where we can change them, tweak them, or totally abolish them so private citizens and small business owners can be more free to conduct deals or refurbish homes with additions and/or turn part of their home into an area for a small business so our friends, neighbors, fellow citizens and small business community can do more for their lives and their families.
