"This is no joke people. This is a email from Chris Piper Manager of Elections for the State of Virginia with no explanation to 5 precincts recording zero votes. Also there is a discussion with Piper nearly a year later that is very interesting. I ask simple questions but I never get logical answers. While the electoral board has seven days to canvass the election, the introduction of the new provisional ID law has delayed the ability of local boards to finalize their canvass in a timely manner. I am in contact with the City of Richmond to determine why the tapes are not in the clerk’s office. I will let you know when that issue has been resolved.
