...This morning My Pharmacy went in circles regarding a Prescription they filled 10 Days ago. It was short 100 pills, and the Medication was a synthetic Opiate. Several Pharmacy People and My Doctor had to get involved. Two hours of being on hold (Im pretty sure they wanted Me to Hang-up because there was something else going on between Pharmacy People) -They kept telling Me I was WRONG, and My script was filled correctly, treated Me like a Junkie (apparently EVERYDAY they get a LOT of calls they dO NOT fill) I heard the Girl say DRUG SEEKER- very, very RUDELY before putting My call on Forever-HOLD, then they would cut me OFF, or transfer My call... This really made Me upset after the third disconnection, SOooo -I decided to just DRIVE OVER THERE in PERSON. (not far). Boy HOWDY I was pissed. -I had taken a PHOTO of My Script on My phone (-just in case...) BEFORE I filled it, and was standing in line when they finally picked up My call again... Imagine their surprise when I was standing in front of Her with Photo-documentation, asking for both the store Manager and The Head Pharmacist! The rude Pharmacist could not believe Her Eyes, and called several other Girls to the side and demanded answers (I could read their lips, Im almost deaf... But not BLIND! LOL!) -So when she came to talk with Me, I said I thought there was some hanky-panky going on, and WHO filled My order the 1st time? -No answers. -I got an apology from the store Manger, DIRTY LOOKS from the Pharmacist, (SOMEONE likely lost a Job) the REST of My mis-located but now suddenly FOUND remaining Prescription Pain Pills (100 Pills!) -and for manipulating My call and words, a minimal $3 charge for My WHOLE Script! -Script Fixed in three Minutes. Now, if only My Spine would stop barking in such a short time...
