Thomas Anderson: If you start going down the path of evaluating laws which authorize IRS actions, youd eventually come to the conclusion that the IRS has zero authority at all! It is a criminal enterprise predicated on bullying and harassment. Why are we surprised when they use that bullying and harassment in a politically-motivated way instead of merely bullying and harassing everyone equally? We shouldnt be putting up with it in the first place! The government should be funded strictly by consumption taxes and apportioned taxes from the states. The income tax is unconstitutional, economically harmful, and a gateway to countless abuses of human rights. The IRS needs to be abolished.
