• Thought of the DEY: OBSESSING, allowing yourself to become consumed with EVERY little thing and FREAKING OUT over the results of your fitness and nutrition plan throughout the day will do NOTHING but drive YOU and EVERYONE around you BONKERS!!! Spinning in circles, staring at yourself in the mirror, obsessing over the scale and spending time attempting to find shortcuts is a WASTE of time, energy and most importantly your LIFE! Instead, make a plan for attack - take the steps necessary to put this plan in action, follow it throughout the day and spend the rest of your time on something ELSE! You will be SURPRISED how much easier sticking to your plan will be, how much LESS you will crave fattening food and how much more quickly your results will come! You CAN do this - just stop making such a production of it! Simply get OVER it and GO!!!
