** Thursday ** Shoulders/Calves Focus Challenge: Do a set (8 reps) of Front Two Dumbbell Raise, then calves (always 25 reps), then Bent Over Rear Deltoid Raise, then calves, then finish with The Arnold Press and calves. The next set increase your reps to 10 then the last set increase reps to 12. Always perform 25 reps with Calf Raises. - Calf raises - 25 reps Do this exercise 9 times in-between each Shoulders exercises. * Front Two Dumbbell Raise - 8 reps, 10 reps, 12 reps * Bent Over Rear Deltoid Raise - 8 reps, 10 reps, 12 reps * The Arnold Dumbbell Press - 8 reps, 10 reps, 12 reps RockIt!
