Actually it doesnt officially open before tomorrow, but today Champion Sommelier Restaurateur Christian Aarø greets guests, friends and business partner from near and far (I flew up from Barcelona) to celebrate his new baby - a Nordic light bistro style restaurant on the front shore of the harbor, just across from the Black Diamond, overlooking Inner Copenhagen.
