I just put 2 loaves of dough in the oven of sandwich bread made from scratch. Never tried bread before and I have been absolutely intimidated from trying it ever since we got all the ingredients and tools purchased nearly 2 months ago. 35 minutes plus cooling time and well all know if I screwed up my first bread batch. Learned : 10 minutes of hand kneading dough is quite a bit longer than it looks on paper and it is NOT really very doable with RA hands. Much pain and purple swelling. Hoping the bread will be so yummy that I forget that part. Not sure how I can adjust fire for that next time. . . . . Also have I mentioned that OUR RUDY BOY TOOK BEST OF BREED FOR A 4-POINT MAJOR TODAY??!! Well call them Rudy Loaves if they work!
