. Truck driver Sanele May, is expected to plead guilty when he appears in the Durban High Court this morning. He is charged with 24-counts of culpable homicide. Mays truck ploughed into five vehicles at the bottom of an intersection on Fields Hill in Pinetown last year. During his last appearance, the court heard that the State had not been able to complete their plea agreement.
