Twenty six years after the Philippine government passed the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program, key government agencies involved in its livelihood assistance component are still pushing for the implementation of regular programs even if it is set to expire in 2014. For this, a synchronization workshop was recently held in Baguio City attended by CARP coordinators and point persons of the Department of Agrarian Reform and Department of Trade and Industry.
