Two month ago every morning I got out of bed at half past six to exercise a morning jogging. I had been jogging for one year and I thought I was exhausted. I am not the guy who stays awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I got up I thought all my strength was used up. I did this painful morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the outcome wasn’t clear. I have to tell you if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can abandon now and I will introduce you an easy, convenient and valid technique which I have used.
