Two month ago every morning I got out of bed at half past six to exercise a morning jogging. I had been running for one year and I thought I was worn-out. I am not the one who is awake early in the morning and have nothing to do but jog. Every morning when I got out of bed I felt all my perseverance was used up. I did this torturous morning jogging just to lose my weight. But the consuquence wasn’t effective. I have to let you know if you are doing jogging to lose weight you can surrender now and I will suggest you an easy, advantageous and valid technique which I have used.
